How to see a shared Outlook calendar

Any Outlook Calendar user can access a shared calendar. By default all users can see the free/busy time.

Step 1:

Go to your calendar, click Open Calendar, then select From Address Book

Step 2:

Select the name of person's calendar you want to see, click Add, then click OK

Step 3:

The person's calendar should appear on your list of calendars. Click the checkbox to see their schedule.
